Gluten Free Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Naked Oat Chicken Recipe

28 oz. can petite-cut diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil

16 oz. cans red kidney beans, drained

15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed

large sweet potatoes or yams - peeled and cut into cubes

dried minced onion (or equivalent chopped fresh onion)

chili powder (optional_

minced garlic

red pepper flakes (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Directions:
Stir chicken broth, chopped chicken, tomatoes, beans, sweet potatoes, Naked Oats, minced onions, minced garlic, and spices of your choice.
Cook in the slow cooker set on low for 8 hours.
