Gluten Free Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Naked Oat Chicken Recipe

2 14.5 oz. cans chicken broth
2 ½ cups chopped, cooked chicken (or more to taste)
1 28 oz. can petite-cut diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil
2 16 oz. cans red kidney beans, drained
1 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 large sweet potatoes or yams - peeled and cut into cubes
1 cup Montana Gluten Free Naked Oats
1 tbsp dried minced onion (or equivalent chopped fresh onion)
1 tbsp chili powder (optional_
1 tsp minced garlic
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Stir chicken broth, chopped chicken, tomatoes, beans, sweet potatoes, Naked Oats, minced onions, minced garlic, and spices of your choice.
Cook in the slow cooker set on low for 8 hours.
