
1 cup Butter
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Brown Sugar
½ cup Peanut-butter
2 eggs (or 1/3 cup applesauce)
1 tsp Vanilla
½ tbsp Salt (optional)
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ cup chocolate or butterscotch chips (optional)

- Preheat oven to 350° F.

- Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, eggs and vanilla together until smooth.

- Add Raw Oatmeal, All Purpose Baking Mix, salt and baking soda. Stir in chips if desired.

- Drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet, gently press down on the top of cookies with a fork and bake for 10-12 minutes.
