4 cups Montana Gluten Free Raw Oatmeal (or Organic Raw Oatmeal)
1 cup pecans
½ cup other raw nuts and/or seeds like walnuts, cashews, pumpkin seeds, etc.
1 tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
½ cup coconut oil
½ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup dried fruit
½ cup other mix-ins as desired (chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut shavings, chocolate chips....)

Preheat oven to 350 while mixing dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix.

Pour the granola mix onto a pan (with a layer of parchment paper!) and bake 20 minutes. Stir once.

Let cool undisturbed before stirring in dried fruit.

Store at room temperature in a sealed container for 1-2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.
