Easy Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies (GF)

2 cups Montana Gluten Free Raw Oatmeal
1 ½ cups Montana Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix or Waffle Pancake Mix
1 cup butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup peanut butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup chocolate or butterscotch chips or berries
Directions
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla together until smooth.
Add Raw Oatmeal, All Purpose Baking Mix and baking soda. Stir in chips or berries.
Drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for approximately 10 minutes.
