We make our Organic Gluten-free Toasted Oat Flour by toasting our PrOatina oats prior to milling it into flour. The toasting removes any bitterness that the high protein content can cause. Organic Toasted Oat Flour is versatile and nutritious which we use as the base for most of our baking and bread mixes.
Can NOT be substituted one for one for wheat flour. Recommended for experienced gluten free bakers only as it requires blending and/or the addition of xanthan or guar gum.
We have been CSA certified since 2004; and GIG certified since 2007. We are Kosher, and our products contain no GMO (Non GMO Project pending). Our facility is totally allergen free.
Montana Gluten Free Organic products are certified organic through the Montana Department of Agriculture Organic Certification Program under the USDA guidelines.
